Learn & Grow

I want to start a community project focusing on education and the environment in Bangkok.

Anyone can be a changemaker, no matter age, job, or background. You do not need to be a celebrity, a politician, or a superhero to make a difference. Starting a community education project in Bangkok is a powerful way to turn the "anyone can be a changemaker" mindset into real-world action.

Let's get together as a group and choose a clear topic for the first community project in Bangkok. Our first community project is to create 1-hour interactive blocks. The focus is on practical, high-impact topics, and active practice rather than lectures - if teaching digital literacy, have participants bring their phones and practice live. Examples include environment topics like urban recycling, or topics to target specific group, such as underprivileged children in the Khlong Toei community, or elderly residents.

◦ Digital & Financial Literacy: Teaching older adults how to avoid online banking scams or helping small vendors use digital wallets and online mapping tools.

◦ After-School Literacy: Hosting free weekend reading or homework help clubs for children in lower-income neighborhoods.
