### ✨ The Experience

We begin with a gentle introduction, allowing the body and mind to settle.

From there, you will be guided into a dynamic meditative journey where movement, breath, and awareness come together to release suppressed energy and restore natural flow.

The session concludes with optional sharing and reflection.

### 🌿 What is Active Meditation?

Many of us carry deeply held emotions, unresolved experiences, and inner tension.

When we sit in silence, these often rise to the surface, making stillness feel difficult.

OSHO Active Meditations offer a different pathway.

Through movement, shaking, and free expression, the body begins to release what has been held within. Energy begins to flow freely, rising, bringing lightness, openness, and a sense of inner freedom.

From this space, silence arises naturally—effortless and deeply nourishing.
