In a working world that demands adaptability, clear communication and steady nerves, improv offers something practical: a way to train the mind to be more responsive, grounded and open.
These drop-in sessions draw from Keith Johnstone’s Impro for Storytellers and translate core improvisation principles into everyday skills. Open to all experience levels. Join one session or attend all three for a fuller progression.
##### SPONTANEITY:
Move out of overthinking and into action. Through Johnstone’s foundational spontaneity exercises, you’ll practise letting go of self-critique, trusting your first response and staying flexible when the unexpected arrives. Useful for anyone who needs sharper decision-making and greater creative confidence.
