Welcome to the rainy season — the most beautiful time of year in Khao Yai. The rain brings the tropical forest back to life, covering the landscape in vibrant shades of green and filling the air with freshness. To celebrate the start of the season, our first rainy-season adventure takes us to Khao Yai.

Khao Yai is considered to be the first school you go to before you start hiking into the other tropical forests in Thailand. The trail is in intermediate level, but it gives you all kind of what it's like to hiking in a tropical forest, especially in the training season.

It's also one of the first National Park in Thailand and part of the UNESCO world heritage site. It covers 4 provinces of Thailand, a home for wildlife and fresh clean air. We are hiking in the National Park. Get enough fresh air to clean our body and mind.

Itinerary

08.00: Van leaves from Parking Lot of Lotus Supermarket near BTS Onnut (take around 3 hours with gas station break)

11.30: Reach National park, registration. We start with the warm up tack. Then we return for lunch

12.30: Start Hiking from the point to the waterfall.

• 3 km to the waterfall, takes about 1.30 to 2 hours

• We could see animal marks along the track

• Trail has clear mark

• Could be muddy during raining season, you can hike with trekking pole and

15.00: Get refreshment, change your clothes then we return to Bangkok

16.00: Track to the animal watching tower. After that, we will return to Bangkok

19.00: Back to Bangkok and end our trip
