About the event

We meet at the green open area by the beach in JBR, a few minutes from the main promenade. We’ll start and finish from the same meeting point.

Please bring:

• a Pilates mat

• water

• comfortable running shoes

• light workout clothes

• a small towel if you like

Come a few minutes early so we can start together at 7:00 AM

First 30min: quick stretch + run

7.30 - 8: mat pilates
